Environments and deployment updates

The website, Server Web, management console, Store, and documentation each have stable and alpha entry points. Alpha domains add -alpha after the application name. Check the current address before making changes; navigation stays in the corresponding environment.

Accounts and data

Both environments share accounts and business data. Project content, attachments, avatars, and Store archives are shared. Business changes made in alpha also affect the stable environment. Sign in again with the same account when changing domains; the management console still requires system administrator permission.

Deployment updates

Each update delivers all five applications and documentation together. Product version numbers stay unchanged, while a separate deployment identifier records the build. Server health information includes localized Server and Server Web release notes.

This rollout adds stable and alpha entry points for the management console and documentation, and aligns application links. A failed update can restore the previous applications while preserving saved business data.

Later updates replace the release notes at each entry point while retaining accounts, saved projects, attachments, and avatars. Read the Chinese or English release notes for the current deployment to check its changes. Invitation links use the environment where the invitation was generated.

Troubleshooting

If a link opens another environment, verify the entry point and refresh the page. For sign-in or permission issues, check the account and its required permissions. Include the address and time when reporting an update issue.
