System AI FAQ

Personal AI settings are empty​

Usually one of these is true:

  • The account has not been enabled for System AI;
  • The admin has not opened any group;
  • The account was unbound.

Ask an admin to open a group or complete the binding, then refresh the page.

A model is missing​

Model availability is decided by the groups the admin opened. If a group does not include a model, users cannot see it; an admin can change the group in Management console: models and subscriptions.

The model does not support Web Search or images​

Each model has different capabilities. If a request includes the web_search tool but the model does not support it, the system rejects the request; choose a model with that capability. Personal AI settings show the models a group currently supports.

The default model does not apply​

Default-model precedence is:

  1. Personal default model;
  2. group default model;
  3. project built-in default.

If the personal default was removed from the group, the system stops using it. Choose a model that is still in the list.

An order is stuck or failed​

Orders synchronize with the AI service; a failed synchronization marks the order failed. Try:

  1. Open Settings → Orders and check the state;
  2. Start the payment again;
  3. Contact an admin if it keeps failing.

This version uses simulated payment, so no real charge is made.

Refund rules​

  • Only active subscriptions are refundable;
  • a completed order payment must exist;
  • the refund amount cannot exceed the paid amount;
  • a refund revokes the subscription immediately.

Usage is empty or delayed​

If the account has no System AI access, the usage page shows an empty state. Recent requests may take a moment to appear; refresh later.

Group or price changes are not visible​

Group visibility and price changes may take a moment, or the user may need to refresh. If they still do not apply, ask an admin to sync the groups again.

Studio assistant says "System AI is unavailable"​

This means the current Studio was started without System AI, or the project is not connected to an Enhanced Server. Use the Enhanced Studio launcher and sign in to the Enhanced Server; open-source Studio has no System AI connection. See Enhanced Studio.

Still stuck​

Send the admin the account, time, model name, and the page message so they can check the group, binding, or subscription state.
