Personal AI settings

Personal AI settings live in Server Web and are also shown in Studio's account page:

PagePurpose
Settings → AI settingsProvider preference, balance, subscription plans, pay-as-you-go groups, personal default models
Settings → UsageRequest usage details and summaries
Settings → OrdersSubscription and recharge orders (read-only)

The page only shows groups the admin opened and that the current account can use. If the whole page says "No AI configuration available", the account is usually not enabled for System AI, or the admin has not opened a group yet; contact an admin.

Provider preference

The preference is an ordered list of groups:

  • Drag groups to reorder and save. The system picks AI configurations in that order.
  • Unavailable groups are skipped but keep their priority; they return to their original position when usable again.
  • The preference only orders available groups. An explicitly requested provider is never overridden.

Subscriptions and balance

  • Subscription plans: buy or renew at the admin-configured price. Each purchase or renewal extends the subscription by 30 days. You can inspect the models a group supports before buying.
  • Balance: an account-level shared balance used by all balance-billed groups; it can be recharged.
  • Balance-billed groups: show today, last-30-day, and total usage. Enabling creates or restores that group's personal key; disabling only deactivates the key, and re-enabling restores the same key.

Personal default model

Each group can have its own default model:

  1. The personal default model;
  2. the admin's group default for that group;
  3. the project built-in default.

Personal defaults are validated: the model must still be in the group's current list. If it is removed, the page stops pointing at a stale default.

Usage

The usage page shows the last 30 days by default and can switch to the last 7 days or all time:

  • Summary: request count, total tokens, actual cost, average duration.
  • Details: time, model/group/platform, request type, status, input/output/cache/total tokens, actual and nominal cost, latency and first-token latency.

If the account has no System AI access yet, the page shows an empty state instead of an error.

Orders

The orders page is read-only and lists subscription and balance-recharge orders. States include pending payment, processing, completed, and failed.

Payment happens on the AI settings page:

  • Subscription payment assigns or extends the subscription and ensures the group key exists.
  • Balance recharge adds credit to the account.
  • An order only becomes completed after synchronizing with the AI service. If synchronization fails, the order is marked failed and can be retried.

Payment is idempotent: repeating an action does not charge twice, and concurrent payment returns a conflict message.

Common questions

  • Empty page: ask an admin to open a group or bind the account.
  • Default model does not apply: confirm the model is still in the group list and check whether the personal default was cleared.
  • Order failed: retry from the orders page; contact an admin if it keeps failing.
  • More questions: System AI FAQ.
