Pi release notes
The versions and full update notes for builtin-pi come from that release unit's CHANGELOG.md; when release metadata is available it adds the exact publication time, commit, artifact count and release entry.

- Notes now use the six-section layout (highlights, breaking changes, added, changed, fixed, removed); content is not synced with the source repositories

The capability comes from Core's agent layer; the project itself only declares its params, tools and conversation configuration.
